Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Express. Express is offered only on selected small, lightweight items. If your cart contains any item that isn't Express-eligible, only Standard will be shown at checkout. Product pages say when Express is available.

Tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as each parcel ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

No surprise fees. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Australian customers pay no customs or import charges on our orders.

Delays. If your order is going to arrive later than the window shown when you bought it, we'll email you and offer you the choice of waiting or a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. Email us straight away if it's wrong; once a parcel is dispatched we may not be able to change it.
